Our Response to Infringement Claims

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your electronic or physical signature
Once a valid counter-notification is received, Quikad.ng may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action against the user.
Repeat Infringers
Quikad.ng has a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms and Conditions.
